Group's Purpose

Becoming a Tenant Auditor will allow you and your fellow members to really follow a service through from start to finish - and make sure services continue to improve. It gives you the chance the chance to take a peek behind-the-scenes to find out exactly what happens, and shadow our employees directly delivering the service.

How have the Tenants’ Auditors made a difference?

• Made improvements to the way tenants are made aware of when their next safety check is due
• Reviewed various parts of building safety; such as gas, fire and electrical, making sure we work to the highest standards.
• Worked with us on our surveying methods to help us gather as much feedback as possible
