Group's Purpose

As a member of the Tenants’ Panel, you will work closely with each department across Wrekin, ensuring that our customers’ voices are heard. You will learn how our services operate and you will work with us to improve our performance and services. We’ll also share the knowledge about the areas you’ll be helping to shape.

How have the Tenants' Panel made a difference?

• Worked with us to highlight key areas to consult with customers.
• Played a key role in driving Wrekin’s green agenda
• Had a say in all customer facing policies, making sure customers receive the best service possible from Wrekin
• Helped in the recruitment of senior positions within Wrekin, including for the Group Chief Executive - ensuring our customers can influence our decision making
• Been an advocate for any customers that needed advice or support
