Location: Limewood Dementia Care Home, Stafford, ST16

Hours: Full and Part-time permanent positions available (Variety of hours over a 24 hour service)

Rate: £21.59 per hour

The Role:  

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified nurse to join our team in our dedicated and forward-thinking Dementia Centre, for every stage and every age.  

Based in Stafford, Limewood is a purpose-built centre that delivers a seamless service, from early diagnosis to end of life care. Relatives and residents benefit from the quality of care and expertise offered whilst experiencing familiar, safe and comfortable surroundings. Limewood also features a realistic, ‘High Street’ featuring a pub, hairdresser, cinema and snug aimed to make our residents as comfortable and content as possible.

Choices Housing Association is the award-winning care and support provider for Limewood Dementia Care Home, and proudly part of The Wrekin Housing Group.

We’re regulated by the Care Quality Commission, and accredited GOLD for the “We Invest in People” award and the GOLD standard “End of Life” award. 

As a Dementia Care Home Nurse, you’ll be

  • Delivering excellent standards of clinical care, compliant with NMC requirements
  • Accountable for the assessment, implementation and evaluation of care plans.
  • Helping residents to live as independently as possible and promoting a person-centred approach to care
  • Assisting the Clinical Leads in leading, developing and supervising support workers within the service

Successful candidates will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check
