Salary: £31,713.25 per annum plus benefits

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

What you will need:

As the Registered Care Manager, you will provide leadership to the staff team across the service and ensure the service provided is compliant with the relevant CQC quidelines. You will be responsible for the delivery of the 24-hour service across the scheme, promoting safety, security, reassurance, excellent customer service and comprehensive maintenance of all areas across the scheme.

You will also work to enrich the lives of service users by leading, monitoring and co-ordinating the activities of the service in the delivery of high quality, person centred services to service users in accordance with their individual support plans, the organisations policies and procedures, regulatory and legal requirements.

You will report to the Performance and Compliance Manager and will be expected to work in a flexible way and across other service settings as required.

The successful candidate will be required to manage and support a team of employees and develop positive partnerships with all key stakeholders, ensuring that all activities are fully compliant with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check
