Retirement Living Co-ordinator


Salary: Scale 4: £22,421.06 per annum plus an essential car user allowance

Location: Telford

Hours: 36 hour per week - Temporary until 31st March 2023 (Part time hours will also be considered)

The Role:

We are looking to recruit a Retirement Living Co-ordinator to join our Retirement Living team within The Wrekin Housing Group. A key part of the role will be to provide an Intensive Housing Management services to residents living in a retirement living environment along with providing a home visiting service to maintain adequacy and safety of accommodation. You will be required to assist The Group in striving to meet it’s mission and to help foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What you will need:

For the role of a Retirement Living Co-ordinator It is essential that you have a recognised First Aid at work qualification or be willing to work towards one as well as a Basic food and hygiene certificate. A driving License is also essential for this position as part of the role will consist of you visiting residents in our retirement living Schemes, however we will consider applications from candidates that are learning to drive.

The ideal candidate must have past experience in a customer service environment, to be knowledgeable about all aspect of the business that affects Retirement Living, a proven record of outstanding customer care and have excellent administration skills.
