Maintenance Supervisor


Hours:              36 hours per week

Requirement to work till 8.00pm on a rotational basis to support the 8:00am - 8:00pm service provision, receiving an additional payment at an enhanced overtime rate per week worked till 8:00pm

Role:                Permanent, Telford

Salary:             Up to £39,398.00 per annum depending on experience, plus essential car user allowance

The Role:

We are looking for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This is a great position for a candidate looking to make an impact in a growing and dynamic organisation.

The main purpose of this position is to supervise a team of multi skilled trades and heating engineers to deliver an excellent servicing and repairs service to our customers. You will therefore need to exhibit excellent leadership capability, evidencing qualities such as optimism, self-motivation, compassion, organisational skills, excellent communication skills and trustworthiness.

In addition to having the passion and skills to motivate your team to be the best they can be, you will also have strong technical knowledge in the delivery of quality cost effective repairs in the home. Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations is desirable.
