Operational Services Manager x 2
Salary: £54,659 Per Annum, Plus Essential Car User Allowance
There is the requirement to participate in the Groups out of hour’s Supervisory service, which carries an additional payment when worked.
Full Time (36 hours)/ Permanent
Hybrid working arrangement available; however due to the operational nature of the role, there is a requirement to work from the office at Old Park Telford, a minimum of three days a week.

The role:
We are looking to appoint two suitably qualified and experienced Operational Services Managers who will be responsible for the Managed Services functions, which includes our Customer Contact Centre, Repairs and Maintenance teams across empty and occupied homes, Supply Chain Management, Delivery of External Contracts and Out of Hours services.
These roles are key to supporting the Head of Operational Services to maintain and improve performance across a large operating area, delivering improvement initiatives that are innovative, effective and deliver excellent services for our residents. A complimentary set of skills that work positively and collaboratively with each other, other heads of service and management and commercial thinking to deliver the best possible outcomes within agreed budgets and time frames.

What you will need:
The successful candidates will be required to demonstrate experience and a track record of successes in leading, managing and motivating people, the delivery and improvement of frontline services and managing performance to achieve positive outcomes across all or some of the Managed Services functions, in order to maintain the high standards that the Group have established for its customers.
Given the environment you will be working in, you must be able to demonstrate effective communication, strong team working, organisational, interpersonal skills and maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times.
You will be expected to promote a positive, friendly and understanding attitude towards our customers and other colleagues. Demonstrating initiative and resilience when required in order to achieve objectives, deliver solutions, enhance levels of performance and efficiency across the service.
