Location: Old Park, Telford
Salary: Scale 4 – Beginning at £23,609 with increments to £26,313 per annum
Hours: 36 Hours per Week

We’re looking for a positive, professional and enthusiastic individual to join the Group’s HQ Facilities Team to assist in providing comprehensive support services to ensure the continued operation and maintenance of the Old Park Offices, hybrid working hubs and other commercial premises.
Some basic trade and DIY knowledge and experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but a willingness to learn, develop, and to take on new tasks is essential.

What You Will Need:
The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, whilst working well as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to work under pressure.
The ideal candidate would hold a minimum of three GCSE’s or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade A to C). The successful candidate should also be computer literate and have a Health and Safety awareness.
