Hours: 36 hours per week - Permanent

Location: Telford (hybrid working with 2 days in the office)

Salary: £31,864 per annum

How will you make an impact?

In this role, you will be a key enabler of employment relations, engagement, and ensuring managers have the tools to people manage. Working as part of an interesting and knowledgeable team you will support the Head of People Services and Business Partners in the development and implementation of workforce planning activities, policies and procedures, and HR interventions.

Working in collaboration with the HR Shared Services Manager, you will provide guidance and support on change programmes such as restructures, ensuring that changes are effectively introduced, are legally compliant and the need for change is well communicated.

About you:

  • CIPD – Level 5 or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a busy and fast paced HR environment with a good working knowledge of processes
  • Experience of advising and coaching line managers
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law and its application
  • Experience of contributing to the development and implementation of people policies and guidelines
  • A customer service mindset and desire to ensure the best experience is provided to our managers and internal customers.
