Payroll Assistant
Full time – Permanent
Hours of work: 36 hours per week
Salary Range: £27,404 per annum
Location: Telford, hybrid – required at the office as and when required for meetings, predominantly home based.

As a Payroll Assistant, you will:
Manage and process payroll for employees accurately and efficiently
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Handle payroll queries and discrepancies with professionalism and tact
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate employee records
Generate reports and analyse payroll data to support strategic decision-making
About you:
Previous experience in payroll administration or a related field
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
