Salary: £42,332.00 per annum plus essential car allowance

The role:

In this role we are looking for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This is a great position if you’re looking to make an impact in a growing and dynamic organisation.

The main purpose of this position is to supervise a team of multi skilled Trades and Heating Engineers to deliver first class servicing and repairs service to our customers. You will therefore need to exhibit excellent leadership capability, evidencing qualities such as optimism, self-motivation, compassion, organisational skills, excellent communication skills and trustworthiness.

This role has a requirement to work till 8.00pm on a rotational basis to support the 8:00am - 8:00pm service provision, receiving an additional payment at an enhanced overtime rate per week worked till 8:00pm

In addition to having the passion and skills to motivate your team to be the best they can be, you will also have strong technical knowledge in the delivery of quality cost effective repairs in the homes. Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations is a bonus.
