Receptionist


Full time: Permanent, Part-time

Hours: 25 hours per week

Work pattern: Monday to Friday, 12.30pm to 17.30pm

Salary: £14,498 per annum

As our receptionist you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors and customers both face to face and over the phone.
  • Located at the heart of the building, you will communicate with other departments and ensure information is dealt with sensitively and kept confidential and all enquiries are dealt with in efficient and timely manner
  • Have the ability to be calm in a busy and fast paced reception area
  • Assist with administration and liaise with the contact centre

About you:

  • Have previous experience as a receptionist or front of house role.
  • A firm knowledge of Microsoft Office, and have a high level or computer proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A confident and professional manner.
