The Trust's vision is very clear and simple. It is to provide excellent homes and services.
Bigger: Increase the number and quality of homes across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, Staffordshire, Herefordshire and Wolverhampton.
Better: Deliver improved services, defined as excellent by customers.
Stronger: Maintain a strong business model, delivering in the present, prepared for the future.
The Trust has set out five key values that they believe will help them to deliver objectives and ensure that residents and other stakeholders see them as an organisation that understands them and delivers services they want in the way that they want, and encourages them to get involved. The Trust's values are:

Putting customers first: The Trust only exists to provide services for their customers. They always try to do the right thing.
Working together as one team: Working as a team is key to the Trust’s success. Together everyone achieves more.
Getting it right first time: The Trust always tries to deliver outstanding customer service, creating a culture that genuinely puts the customer first.
Valuing each other: As a team, they respect, support and trust each other. The Trust also respect our customers; they're honest and open, and go the extra mile.
