Service Manager (Extra Care)

Salary: £33,057.50 per annum

Full Time /Permanent

Hours: 37.5 per week over a 7 day rota

Location: Northfield Village, Stafford

Northfield Village:

Our Northfield Village brings together a range of accommodation, community and care facilities on one site.

  • Limewood provides residential, nursing and respite care for 59 people at every age and every stage of dementia.
  • Elmwood is an extra care scheme and has 80 spacious apartments for people over the age of 55
  • Northfield hosts the stepping stones café and community hub

It is an innovative scheme which provides people with accommodation choices and a holistic approach to care, allowing people to continue to live the lifestyle they choose.

From preventative services and a community hub to a doctor’s surgery and a specialist dementia home, Northfield Village is a bold model of integrated services.


The Role:

The role will require the successful candidate to develop positive and robust partnerships with all key stakeholders. You will be expected to strive for continual improvement to service delivery, operating efficiency and deliver consistent excellent outcomes, being an ambassador for the Group.

What you will need:

The Service Manager will play a critical role and must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well organised, enthusiastic, creative and resourceful, in order to inspire teams to deliver excellence. The successful candidate will need you be approachable and have the ability to adapt their communication styles dependent on the needs of the customer.

You must hold a minimum of 3 GCSE’s grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths, alongside a relevant HNC or NVQ Level 5. Successful candidates must also hold a full UK driving licence, and have the use of a vehicle for business use.

You will be expected to promote a positive, friendly and understanding attitude towards our customers and other colleagues in order to achieve consistency with the high levels of performance, efficiency and quality that is expected of our Employees.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS Check.
