Customer Insight Executive

Location: Homeworking/Telford

Hours: Full Time 36 hours per week

Salary: £29,341 per annum

We are looking for someone to join our newly formed Customer Voice and Value team, focusing on listening to customers and embedding customer involvement and social value across the organisation.

We are looking for someone with relevant experience of producing and interpreting data, with strong ICT skills and the ability to understand and communicate complex information.

The postholder will support the work of the Customer Insight Manager in providing analytical customer insight and help in the delivery of business research activities.
