Location: Shifnal (Springwood – ShireLiving scheme)
Hours of Work: Various hours available covering a 7 day rota
Salary: Full time equivalent salary of £18,398 per annum Pro Rota

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact to welcome Customers to the ShireLiving Scheme.
The successful candidate will be required to provide reception services and advice to all customers and visitors to The ShireLiving Scheme and respond to calls via the community alarm system and ensure visit is recorded and follow up action is taken. Your role will require you to provide outstanding customer service to our tenants and visitors in a safe, caring and inclusive vibrant community.
Successful candidates will be required to undertake a DBS Check

What you will need:
As a Customer Service Assistant, it is essential for you to hold a minimum of A-C’s or 4-9 in English and Maths along with experience in working in a customer service environment. A NVQ Level 2 in Business Admin or equivalent or IT qualification isn’t essential, but is desirable.
Given the environment you will be working in, you must be able to demonstrate effective communication, strong team working, organisational, interpersonal skills and maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times. Taking responsibility for your own personal development, sharing knowledge and skills and learning from others within your team.
