Hours of Work: Full Time hours available covering a 7 day rota

Salary: £18,398, plus benefits

The Role:

As an Activities and Events Co-Ordinator you will plan, organise and co-ordinate events and activities both on and off site for ShireLiving tenants, you will work as part of a wider team to create vibrant ShireLiving communities where tenants, friends and families actively want to participate and contribute to activities and events.

The Successful candidate will be required to be enthusiastic and engage with tenants and their friends and family to encourage/support participation inside the scheme. Your role will require you to provide outstanding customer service to our tenants and visitors in a safe, caring and inclusive vibrant community.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake a DBS Check

What you will need:

For the role of the Activities and Events Co-Ordinator you must have GCSE grades of A-C or equivalent, you must also either possess a valid First Aid Certificate or a willingness to work towards one and a Valid Food Hygiene Certificate or be willing to work towards one as well.

Given the environment you will be working in, you must be able to demonstrate effective communication, strong team working, organisational, interpersonal skills and maintaining high levels of confidentiality at all times. Taking responsibility for your own personal development, sharing knowledge and skills and learning from others within your team.
