            awarded by the Group            30 organisations received support through our community fund. A further
                                            21 organisations were helped through our anniversary fund, which

                          724               HOMECHECK


             HOMECHECK                      Homecheck is our way of ensuring tenants are offered the support they may
                                            need. This year we saw a rise in the number of homecheck visit requests from
                   REQUESTS                 533 in 2018/19 to 724 in 2019/20. This was following a review of the service
                                            and changes to the procedure.

                                                515 Homecheck visits carried out
                                                191 Tenants received additional support
                                                139 Tenants identified as vulnerable
                                                 27 Tenants referred for specialist help
