Iain Littlejohn

Board Member

Iain Littlejohn chairs the People and Nominations Committee, bringing over 30 years of experience in strategic HR and organisation transformation to the role. Over the last ten years, Iain has undertaken non-executive director roles for a range of social purpose organisations. He currently sits on the Boards of four other organisations in the areas of Education, Skills and Renewable Energy.

For his ‘day job’, Iain works as an independent management consultant, focusing on operating model development, organisational restructuring and business transformation, predominantly working with large, multinational organisations. This allows Iain to bring a wide range of perspectives from other sectors to inform The Wrekin Housing Group’s thinking.
