Did you know that The Wrekin Housing Group has a community fund to benefit our local communities?
Anyone can apply to the Group's fund, as long as it helps the community and will benefit a significant proportion of customers and residents.
The COVID-19 pandemic has seen many restrictions introduced in recent months and this has changed the way in which community groups operate. We welcome applications that support changes such as PPE, training for people who are unemployed and digital equipment.
Community groups, churches, schools and employees are welcome to apply for the fund; all applicants will be considered where there is a social value benefit and they meet our criteria (PDF 135kb). This may be in the form of a building which is used by the public, a worklessness initiative, a digital inclusion project or environmental enterprise.

Once we have received your application, it will be submitted to a Panel. You'll then receive a decision within a week. Please note that you must have a bank account to apply for funding.
