We call this service Floating Support, and its aim is to help people like you stay in your home and avoid being made homeless.

Mediation: Help with neighbour disputes
We offer a community mediation service to tenants of Severnside Housing and Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing Association.
If you are having trouble with your neighbours we step in and talk to both you and your neighbours and help solve the problems.

Tenancy Sustainment Service
Tenancy Sustainment is a service provided by Shropshire Housing Alliance for tenants moving in to Wrekin Housing Group homes. The team is based in Telford, working with tenants across Shropshire and Staffordshire to help them prepare for, move in and keep their tenancy going.
This tailored service gives practical help on a range of things including:
- Saving for rent
- Dealing with debts
- How to manage money
Money Matters Team
We offer a free expert welfare benefit advice service to Wrekin Housing Group tenants, to help deal with debts or advice if you are struggling with fuel costs.
The team is based in Telford but works with tenants across Shropshire and Staffordshire to help with all money and benefit-related matters. Find out more on 01952 217234
