The Wrekin Housing Group is a socially minded organisation whose aim is to make a difference to people’s lives through the homes and services we provide.

We are committed to investing in our existing stock and have ambitious plans to develop more than 2,300 additional new homes between 2020 and 2025. We also have a track record of delivering innovative solutions in service delivery, such as our same day repairs service.

As part of the refinancing exercise undertaken in 2019 the Group obtained a published credit rating from Standard and Poors. The rating was assessed as A (Stable). This was confirmed again at the annual review of the rating in August 2023.

The Group also holds a G1/V2 rating from the Regulator of Social Housing Regulator.
