We are looking for two new Group Board and Committee members to join us on our journey.

If so, you could be our new Non-Executive Director.

  • You will also be a member of the Audit and Assurance Committee. This person will have experience of Business Development and Stakeholder Engagement.
  • This position attracts remuneration of £6,600 p.a.
  • Access to an excellent package of training and development support, including attendance at national and regional events
  • Full ICT package to support hybrid working
  • A tenure of up to 6 years, aligned to the National Housing Federation Code of Governance

Our collaborative Board sets the strategy for our ambitious organisation that employs 1,200 staff and provides homes to over 25,000 people. The Board also ensures strong governance, enabling the delivery of award winning housing services and outstanding care and support, while also driving social investment across the communities that we serve.
