Customer Voice Panel
This group gives our customers a direct line to the Wrekin Board. Tenants can put across their views and hold the Board to account for delivering services, addressing issues that are important for customers.
All resident involvement activities from the Co-Regulation Groups are fed back through the Customer Voice Panel (CVP).
Some of these areas include: The seven areas of Compliance:- Fire, Gas, Electrical, Water Hygiene, Asbestos, Lifts and Catering. Also scrutiny of Communal cleaning, and reviewing the communication and practices of Wrekin during the COVID-19 pandemic.
How often do they meet?
The group meets a minimum of four times a year, with additional meetings held if circumstances dictate it. The group also holds an annual review during which officer roles are elected.

The panel is made up of six tenants and up to three boards and all representatives have a wealth of experience and knowledge at Wrekin.
The Customer Voice Panel (CVP) is made up of the Chair and Vice Chair of the Co-Regulation Groups (The Tenants’ Panel, Customer Assurance Panel and Tenant Audit Group).
