Advice to customers in high-rise accommodation

Following the fire yesterday in London, the Trust would like to reassure you that we have always taken fire safety seriously, by undertaking annual fire risk assessments and monthly safety checks and servicing of equipment.

However, due to the incident in London we will be revisiting our fire risk assessments on high-rise accommodation, and liaising with the local fire authority to ensure the evacuation advice we give picks up any learning that comes from this terrible tragedy.

If there are any changes to the fire safety advice we give, we will advise you all individually.
