C19 update - our move to more services - Friday 5 June
Thank you for working with us over the past 10 weeks so that we can continue to bring you the services you need.
We are starting to bring some of our staff back into our headquarters building in Telford so we can provide more services to you.

Our HQ is now a COVID secure environment for our staff, and we are hoping to be able to extend this way of working to our other offices and premises. At the moment, all of our shops and offices are still closed to the public. Not only is this in-line with government guidance, it also ensures that we are keeping both our staff and customers as safe as possible.
Thank you for continuing to let us into your properties when we need access. This is essential for us to keep you safe in your homes. In addition to these essential services, our external repairs service has been opened up and our lettings system is also back up and running.
From 15 June, more repairs services will be available to our customers when they are needed and required. Do get in touch if you have a repair that you have been holding off on reporting.
Guidance from the government means that we are all required to stay alert and:
- Request a test (online or by calling 119) via the NHS Track and Trace scheme if you, or your anyone in your household, develop symptoms
- Stay at home as much as possible, leaving only for exercise, to go to work (if you cannot work from home), buy essential groceries, and access medical care
- Limit contact with other people, and keeping your distance (2m apart)
- Wash our hands often
