C19 update: New restrictions and Tier changes – Wednesday 30 December
Tier 3 and Tier 4
From midnight tonight (Wednesday 30 December) the government are introducing new tier restrictions across the whole country.
Telford & Wrekin and Shropshire have been moved into Tier 3.
Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton and Birmingham have moved to Tier 4.
Wrekin Services
We will be continuing to provide care and repairs services to customers in a covid-secure way designed to keep you and our staff safe. This is in line with government advice.
Visits to our Choices care homes and Shire Living extra-care schemes are heavily restricted in line with government advice. Visits to extra-care schemes is restricted to support bubbles only and we recommend family members of care home residents contact the individual care home directly.

At this time our offices and area shops remain closed to customers.

You are all reminded that we need to play a role in reducing the spread of Covid-19. Doing this will help protect your family, your community and save lives:
- Hands – Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds
- Face – Cover your face in indoor settings
- Space – Staying 2m apart from others
