Having lived in a bungalow on one of our Retirement Living schemes for 21 years, Janet has created a beautiful garden and a comfortable lifetime home for her and her husband Bryan, who has sadly recently moved into a care home as Janet was unable to continue looking after him without a lot of additional support from carers.

"Looking after my husband was becoming increasingly more difficult and was making us both unwell. We made the decision together for him to move into a care home; I’m now able to get out and about a bit more and do things I enjoy to relax when I’m not visiting him.
