Important Service Update – Tuesday 3 March

On Tuesday 3 March, between 8:45am and 11:15am, we’ll be making a few temporary adjustments to our customer services so we can focus on improving how we support you.

During this short time:

  • Our phone lines will be redirected, but we’ll still be here for emergency and essential repairs.
  • Our reception will be closed, reopening as normal from 11:15am.

All other services will be back to normal straight after.
