Shared ownership open day later this month

The Trust will holding an open day for people looking to get onto the property ladder in Oswestry, on Saturday 19th March.

The Trust has six two-bedroom homes available this month in a great village location in St Martins, near Oswestry. Potential home owners can purchase a 50% share for £67,5000. So that local residents and families are not priced out of the rural market, the Trust's homes were built so that residents can stay in the area they have settled, or grew up, in. This means that applicants need to have a local connection to the area to apply.
