This week our Comms team have selected a musical theme with ideas for how you can enjoy the 2020 BBC Proms season.

The BBC Proms season is under way including broadcasts which will go out on TV, Radio and Online. Its 125 years since its creation and there is an amazing line-up planned which will culminate in September with the popular Last Night at the Proms.

The 2020 season guide is available now on the BBC website. There is also a week by week what’s on guide so you know when to tune in. A selection of classic Proms concerts can also be found on BBC Iplayer.

For families, there are fun facts to learn and activities to try at home which are being updated each week. The website includes ideas for how to write your own song and creating your own dance. Maybe stage your own proms whilst enjoying a picnic in the garden.
