Trust 7th in Top 50 developers!

The Trust has been placed 7th in the list of housing associations increasing their stock by the highest percentage in 2015/16.

The results have been announced as part of the annual Inside Housing Top 50 Biggest Builders, which compiles league tables of the housing associations developing the most new homes.

We increased our stock by 3.9% last year, placing us 7th in the country.

The Trust also rose from 35th to 25th postition when looking at the number of new homes completed in 2015/16.

And we moved up from 25th position to 14th for the homes we have planned in 2016/17.
