This week we have started speaking with many of our staff about proposed changes to the way we work.

The proposals include updates to the way some teams are organised and changes to staff terms and conditions.

These changes will help us focus on what matters most – continuing to create places people are proud to call home across Shropshire, Staffordshire and Telford & Wrekin.

These proposals do not affect staff who deliver our care services or the trades teams who carry out repairs and maintenance.

All our services will continue as normal during this process.

Customers can continue to contact us in the usual way.
