Our planned customer strategy has three key areas:
- Customer service – How can we improve your experience of us? Do you think the aims we have set out in this area will help us to improve that experience?
- Access – Could we make it easier for you to access our services? Should we be increasing choice for customers in how they access our services?
- Engagement – A huge number of you are already engaged with us in a variety of ways and we want to engage as many of you as we can. What can we do to ensure that we not only listen to our customers, but also act on what they tell us?

Your chance to win!
We are asking all Wrekin customers to complete a short survey. Your opinions are important to us and will help shape our services to better meet your needs.
The survey will take just a few minutes and on completion, you will be entered into a prize draw to win 1 of 5 £100 Love2Shop vouchers.
The survey is open now and will be available until Sunday 19 December 2021. The five lucky winners will be selected at random and winners will be notified by Friday 24 December 2021. Winners names will be posted on the Wrekin website in January 2022.
