If you are experiencing high levels of moisture in your home, it may be due to condensation or damp which can lead to mould growth on walls, ceilings and soft furnishing. You must report this to us as a repair.

Do I need to wash soft furnishings before the repair visit?

For example, cushions, bedding, and plush toys will need to be washed and stored away until all treatment is completed.

Do I need to dispose of any infected items?

Anything that can’t be washed or cleaned and is badly infected should be disposed of safely.

The mould is on my wallpaper can it be treated?

We are unable to effectively treat any mould on wall paper.

We will need to treat the mould on the paper then remove the paper and treat the wall under the paper.
