Housing Plus Group is able to offer grants to community organisations across our geography who are actively working for the benefit of our customers.

We support and work with groups and partner agencies which make a positive contribution to the lives of our tenants and communities.

Applications for community funding can be made via Homes Plus website, or Wrekin website.

This application form has been designed to assess whether your request is linked to our business objectives and community priorities.
