Lettings information and gudiance review
Help improve how we share information about our lettings process. We want to create clearer, more helpful customer information, and your experience will really help shape what we do.
Following our customer workshops in the spring we have made a start on some changes and would love your thoughts on how things are shaping up. We are creating two new sources of information. Including, an information leaflet and a more detailed guidance document.

Customer Engagement Strategy 2026-29 policy review
The Customer Engagement Strategy sets out how we will work with customers to shape services, improve neighbourhoods and build strong, trusted relationships. The strategy explains why customer engagement is central to everything we do, the different ways customers can get involved, and how feedback will influence both everyday services and key decisions. It also outlines how we will measure success and communicate back to customers about the changes they help to make.
