Customer Engagement Strategy 2026-29 policy review

The Customer Engagement Strategy sets out how we will work with customers to shape services, improve neighbourhoods and build strong, trusted relationships. The strategy explains why customer engagement is central to everything we do, the different ways customers can get involved, and how feedback will influence both everyday services and key decisions. It also outlines how we will measure success and communicate back to customers about the changes they help to make.
