Louise Burns

Louise is a chartered marketer and marketing strategy consultant with over 20 years’ experience leading customer centric brands.

She spent 16 years at Bentley Motors in the senior leadership team driving the growth of the business, championing the customer voice and leading their sustainable luxury strategy. Prior to Bentley she led global sponsorship and brand experience for British Airways, launching the London Eye, seconded to the London 2012 bid team and leading the retirement of Concorde. Since 2021, she consults on sustainable brand strategy for a wide variety of clients.

Louise is an experienced trustee in the non-profit sector with a focus on SEND and ensuring young people have the best opportunities for a fulfilling life after education. She has four very different children and her youngest has Down syndrome.
