There are lots of reasons to get involved. Maybe there are services that you feel could be improved. Maybe there is something we can do to make your area a better place to live and work. You may just want to know how we do things here at Wrekin

You can get involved in many ways, working around all the other things you have going on in your life. We are building these opportunities to make it easier for everyone to have their say in some way:

Facebook: Join our private Wrekin Voices Facbook group and share your thoughts with others.

Newsletter: Sign up to our fortnightly Wrekin Voices email newsletter and keep up to date with all the things we're doing. See the latest version here.

Surveys: These are a great way for those with busy lives to have their say. Responses from these really help to show us where we need to improve.

Events: Our team is often out in the community, meeting customers and organising litter picks to help improve our neighbourhoods. Join us at these events and share your thoughts and ideas with us.

Engagement projects: We're keen to hear your views on any changes to our policies and procedures. Policies will be added online for you to look at and have your say.

Tenant led groups: We are introducing a range of tenant-led groups that help make sure all voices can be heard. Examples of these will include Young People, Disability and a ShireLiving Group.

Task and Finish Groups: These groups take a close look at our work and any areas of concern raised by customers. Wrekin tenants can to join any group that interests them.

Scrutiny Groups: These groups take a closer look at data and information and then share ideas on how we can make our services even better. Click here to find out more.
