We are hosting two free webinars on Wednesday 9 & 16 February (5-6pm) – where we will look to get your views on the Government’s proposed Tenancy Satisfaction Measures.

The government is currently consulting on a new set measures – designed to look at how landlords like us are performing.
The consultation sets out 22 proposed TSMs for across the five themes :
- keeping properties in good repair
- maintaining building safety
- effective complaints handling
- respectful and helpful tenant engagement, and
- responsible neighbourhood management.

We are also encouraging tenants to take a few minutes out to complete our survey – all your views will be fed back to the government.
