New family homes planned for Old Park
Our planned development on Old Park, Telford will provide 92 new family homes and bungalows.
The homes will be a mix of two, three and four bedroom homes including bungalows for older people. All of the homes will be available for affordable rent. Priority will be given to people with a connection to the local area.
It is important that the proposals result in a pleasant and attractive place that people will want to live. Our proposed layout has been designed with this in mind, providing allocated parking and private gardens for all of the new homes proposed, which meet or exceed Telford and Wrekin Council’s preferred minimum garden sizes for new residential development.
Ensuring that these important considerations are included within our proposed layout, demonstrates that the site area can satisfactorily accommodate 92 affordable new homes.
There is an opportunity to comment on the development now via our website until 4 September 2020.
