We are looking for fresh new voices to join our Service Quality Committee which will help us improve our organisation and the services we deliver to our communities.
Can you provide vision and insight and through your lived experience of our Housing or Care services add real value to our organisation?
In recruiting to our committees, we seek to ensure that we are reflective of the communities we serve, and are therefore best equipped to deal with the opportunities and challenges we face. Experience of working with a Board or committee is an advantage, but not a prerequisite, we can help you to develop your skills in this area.
What is important is an understanding of the customer experience and the knowledge and skills to be able to monitor and scrutinise our performance from the customers perspective. We want you to help us ensure that the voice of the customer influences all aspects of our service delivery.
