Wellington redevelopment consultation - views sought
Our planned redevelopment in Wellington Telford is at the existing estate of Glebe Street and High Street.
It aims to provide 70 new quality family homes for affordable rent including 1 and 2 bedroom bungalows, 1 bedroom apartments, 2 and 3 bedroom houses.
We value your feedback
We welcome views on our proposed plans to help us shape the housing and would value feedback on the layout of the proposed site plan, house types and any other comments.

Consultation event – Wellington Library
There will also be opportunity to give feedback at our consultation event. Please stop by and join us to view the plans and speak to our staff about the proposed new housing at Wellington, who will be available to answer any questions. The consultation event will be held at Wellington library on Monday 27 September from 1.00pm to 5.00pm.
