Tenant Auditor Group

Group's Purpose

Quote from involved resident Jayne

The Tenant Auditor Group started in 2002 and it has gone from strength to strength. It is a scheme which enables tenants and residents to really follow a service through from start to finish and make sure services continue to improve. It gives those involved the chance to take a peek behind-the-scenes to find out exactly what happens, and speak to or shadow employees directly delivering the service area.

The group then develops recommendations and suggestions to positively challenge the organisation, these are fed back via the Customer Voice Panel to the Wrekin board.

In recent years the group have focused on compliance areas scrutinising the safety of Wrekin customers.
